Collecting the efficacy components of the cosmetics and relevant information thereof to be screened according to the efficacy requirements of the cosmetics to be developed; on the molecular scale, a molecular force field model of the stratum corneum of the skin is established, and information such as diffusion condition of each functional component in the stratum corneum matrix membrane, influence on the stratum corneum, membrane permeability and the like is obtained through molecular dynamics simulation; on a mesoscopic scale, establishing a continuous medium model of the stratum corneum, and calculating to obtain information such as the diffusion behavior of each cosmetic functional component through the stratum corneum and the distribution condition of the cosmetic functional component in the stratum corneum; and selecting required effective components based on the information obtained by calculation simulation and in combination with the actual requirements of the product to be developed, and finishing the screening of the effective components. The initial screening of the components is carried out by a calculation simulation method, so that the cost and the workload of screening and designing the cosmetics can be greatly reduced. Can be widely applied to the fields of research and development and manufacture of cosmetics. |
