abstract The invention discloses a two-component low-viscosity photovoltaic module adhesive and sealing silicone material and a preparation method thereof, including a component A and a component B, wherein the component A includes the following components by mass: silane modified 150-180 parts of polyether, 70-90 parts of filler, 1-5 parts of UV absorber, 1-5 parts of light stabilizer, 2-8 parts of thixotropic agent, 1-5 parts of thinner and 30- parts of silane coupling agent 50 parts; the B component includes the following components by mass: 50-60 parts of silane coupling agent, 35-40 parts of epoxy resin, 30-40 parts of filler, 1-5 parts of plasticizer and 0.5 part of curing agent ‑5 servings. In the present invention, a thixotropic agent and a diluent are added to the A component to ensure the fluidity and ductility of the material, so that the material has a low viscosity, and the epoxy resin and curing agent of the B component can ensure the sealing material. Curing performance, and by adding UV absorber and light stabilizer, it can have better weather resistance and improve the curing stability of the sealing material.
