abstract | The invention relates to a high flame-retardant halogen-free low-smoke sheath material and a preparation method, which are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of EVA, 10-20 parts of POE, 5-10 parts of compatibilizer, 5-10 parts of EMA, 5-15 parts of polyethylene, 40-60 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 10-20 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 0.5-2 parts of red phosphorus, 1 part of lubricant, and 0.5-2 parts of coupling agent. The invention introduces EMA into the matrix, has low cost, high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, polar and non-polar functional groups, good compatibility with other resins and fillers in the matrix, and good crack resistance. EMA itself has oxygen-containing functional groups and has excellent flame retardant performance; red phosphorus is introduced into the filler, and it is used in combination with aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide in the filler, which has a prominent synergistic effect and improves flame retardancy; the introduction of red phosphorus into the filler can promote the initial decomposition of the matrix Dehydration and carbonization, catalyzing into carbon, and improving flame retardancy. |
