abstract The preparation method of the spherical anhydrous inositol comprises the following steps: (1) taking a saturated inositol solution at 40-60 ℃ as a mother solution, inputting the mother solution into a transfer tank, and sending the mother solution into a fluidized bed crystallizer after passing through a heat exchanger by a circulating pump; (2) taking an inositol hot solution with the temperature of 70-90 ℃ and the density higher than that of the mother liquor as a feed liquid, inputting the feed liquid into a transfer tank after the temperature in the fluidized bed crystallizer is stabilized at the temperature of the mother liquor, and then feeding the feed liquid into a heat exchanger through a circulating pump to form a supersaturated inositol solution and feeding the supersaturated inositol solution into the fluidized bed crystallizer; (3) adding seed crystals while stirring while the supersaturated inositol solution enters a fluidized bed crystallizer; (4) and after the supersaturated inositol solution is completely added into the fluidized bed crystallizer, growing crystals for 10-30 min under stirring, stopping stirring, putting the crystal slurry containing spherical glomerocryst into a settling tank, standing and separating the crystal slurry in the settling tank, taking out the fine crystal slurry on the upper part of the settling tank, discharging the spherical glomerocryst crystal slurry on the lower part, filtering and drying to obtain the spherical anhydrous inositol.
