Preparation and application of a degradable placental acellular porous sponge matrix dressing |
abstract |
The invention relates to the field of biological materials, and more particularly to the preparation and application of a degradable placental acellular porous sponge matrix dressing. Preparation and application of a degradable placental acellular porous sponge matrix dressing, comprising the following steps: (1) placental tissue selection; (2) placental tissue collection and transportation; (3) placental tissue virus inactivation treatment; (4) Removing the residual virus inactivation solution; (5) performing multiple cycles of freeze-thaw treatment; (6) decellularization process; (7) removing the residual decellularization solution; (8) the first freeze drying; (9) freezing ball milling; ( 10) Digest the obtained decellularized freeze-dried powder; (11) adjust the pH of the obtained uniform digestion product, pour it into freeze-dried molds of different specifications, and obtain acellular porous sponge; (12) sterilize and inactivate viruses. The placental acellular porous sponge scaffold prepared by the invention has biodegradable properties and can be used for rapid hemostasis, repair and regeneration of various acute and chronic wounds. |
