abstract The present invention eliminates the quantum well domain in the low-dimensional quasi-two-dimensional perovskite film prepared based on traditional ammonium salts by introducing ionic liquid (the number of layers of the perovskite film is 1, 2, and 3), because n-butylammonium acetate (BAAc ) and methylammonium bromide (MABr) molecule unique mechanism of action, so that acetate anion (Ac - ) and bromide anion (Br - ) have a lower anion exchange energy barrier, so BAAc is only suitable for perovskite based on methylammonium The mineral thin film material has a passivation effect. Based on this, the present invention successfully prepares a quasi-two-dimensional perovskite film with smooth, narrow quantum wells and random grain arrangement. Compared with the PeLEDs prepared based on the traditional organic ligand n-butylammonium bromide (BABr), the PeLEDs prepared based on n-butylammonium acetate (BAAc) have been greatly improved in terms of luminescence brightness and efficiency.
