abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a nitrogen-doped carbon fabric material with high nitrogen content, which comprises the steps of soaking a viscose-based activated carbon fiber felt in a potassium permanganate solution, adjusting the pH value of the solution by using 1M sulfuric acid, carrying out oxidation reaction, taking out, washing with water and drying; and (3) putting the mixture into a urea solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, transferring the mixture into a hydrothermal reaction kettle, carrying out hydrothermal reaction, cooling, taking out, cleaning and drying to obtain the nitrogen-doped carbon fabric material with high nitrogen content. The nitrogen-doped carbon fiber felt obtained by the invention has the characteristics of high nitrogen content and simple and environment-friendly preparation process, and the formaldehyde adsorption capacity is obviously improved when the nitrogen-doped carbon fiber felt is applied to formaldehyde adsorption removal compared with that before doping. |
