The invention discloses an application of a microfluidic chip in construction of a herpes encephalitis model. The micro-fluidic chip comprises an open type culture area, a culture chamber and a matrix chamber; and adding brain microvascular endothelial cells into the open culture area, adding microglia into the culture chamber, adding matrix liquid and astrocytes and neuron cell suspension mixed according to a certain proportion into the matrix chamber, and constructing to obtain the herpes encephalitis model. The invention utilizes the micro-fluidic chip technology, takes PDMS with good biocompatibility and light transmission as the chip material, and the designed device can directly record and observe the damage of human neurovascular unit component cells under the action of virus particles, and can dynamically monitor the migration behaviors of microglia and mononuclear cells in real time. |
