titleOfInvention Preparation method of triethylene glycol diisocaprylate
abstract The embodiment of the invention provides a preparation method of triethylene glycol diisocaprylate, which comprises the following steps: s1, adding 1-3 parts of isooctanoic acid and 1-2 parts of triethylene glycol into a reactor according to the weight ratio, heating, stirring and dissolving, adding a catalyst when the reaction temperature rises to 40-80 ℃, and continuously stirring for 2 hours; s2, continuously heating, and carrying out negative pressure reaction for 3-6 hours under the condition that the vacuum degree is 1-15 mmHg when the reaction temperature is 40-110 ℃ to obtain an esterification mixture; s3, cooling the esterification mixture to room temperature, dropwise adding 1-2.5% of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution for 1-2 hours, and naturally heating to 30 ℃, and adding an adsorbent; s4, distilling and filtering to obtain triethylene glycol diisocaprylate in the presence of an adsorbent under the conditions that the reaction temperature is 80-150 ℃ and the vacuum degree is 0.5-1 mmHg. The invention can improve the quality and heat resistance of triethylene glycol diisocaprylate.
