When the high-purity vanadium pentoxide for the vanadium-nitrogen alloy is produced, industrial-grade vanadium pentoxide is used as a vanadium source, a chlorinating agent obtained by blending aluminum chloride and sodium chloride is firstly used for carrying out two-stage heating chlorination to obtain vanadium oxychloride, and then ultrasonic spraying ammoniation is carried out, so that the specific surface area of a precipitate is increased while the agglomeration of the precipitate is avoided, and thus the high-purity vanadium pentoxide is quickly and efficiently calcined to obtain the high-purity vanadium pentoxide; the liquid sodium tetrachloroaluminate generated in the preparation process of the vanadium oxychloride effectively controls the volatilization of aluminum chloride, so that the aluminum chloride and a vanadium source are fully contacted and chlorinated, thereby improving the yield and purity of the vanadium oxychloride, and further improving the yield and purity of high-purity vanadium pentoxide. |
