titleOfInvention A kind of method for removing fluoride ion with fluorine-containing hydrochloric acid
abstract The invention discloses a method for removing fluorine ions from fluorine-containing hydrochloric acid. The fluorine-containing hydrochloric acid is put into a steel-lined tetrafluoro reaction kettle, then a fluoride ion fixative A is added to the fluorine-containing hydrochloric acid to mix evenly, and the fluorine-containing hydrochloric acid is heated and refined. Distillation, rectification produced liquid is hydrochloric acid solution, and its fluoride ion concentration is lower than 10ppm. The rectification mother liquor is applied to the next batch. After the rectification mother liquor is applied in multiple batches, reagent B is added, precipitated and filtered, and the filtrate continues to be applied to the rectification process. This method can not only recover hydrochloric acid, but also reuse the fluoride ion fixative A. The whole process of the invention is simple, the effect of removing fluorine ions is obvious, and the technical defects such as limited defluorination capacity, slow reaction rate, and large amount of hazardous wastes generated in the prior art technology are solved.
