abstract | The invention discloses a method for determining the content of potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate for injection, which comprises the following steps: preparation of a stock solution of the substitute control solution: preparing a substitute reference substance solution stock solution by taking ethylparaben as a substitute reference substance; preparation of mixed control solution: mixing a dehydroandrographolide succinate reference substance with the substitute reference substance solution stock solution to prepare a mixed reference substance solution; preparation of a test solution: mixing an andrographolide sample for injection with the substitute reference substance solution stock solution to prepare a test sample solution; quantitative determination: respectively injecting the mixed reference substance solution and the test solution into a high performance liquid chromatograph, measuring and calculating the content of dehydroandrographolide succinate in the test solution, and further obtaining the content of potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate; the method avoids the problems of transportation, storage and use of the dehydroandrographolide succinate reference substance adopted by the existing determination method. |
