titleOfInvention | A kind of amino-substituted chromenoquinoline fluorescent marker and its preparation and application |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of fluorescent labeling, in particular to an amino-substituted chromenoquinoline type fluorescent label and its preparation and application. The invention utilizes the one-step cyclization reaction of the amino group of the aromatic amine compound and two ortho-position chlorine-containing aldehyde coumarins to obtain a series of new nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds. The compounds have excellent fluorescence emission properties and good photostability in different organic solvents. The invention effectively solves the problem of poor photostability of cyanine dyes, and at the same time can mark different organelles at the cellular level. The introduction of nitrogen heterocycles improves the biocompatibility of the compounds and lays a good foundation for biological applications. In addition, the raw materials for this type of reaction are cheap and readily available, and the steps for synthesizing the marker are simple and easy to operate, which can effectively reduce the production cost without reducing the performance of the marker, and has certain commercial value. |
