abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of polyethylene fibers, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a conductive ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber, which comprises the following steps of ultrasonically cleaning the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber, then carrying out plasma pretreatment on the cleaned ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber, then mixing the pretreated ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber with an aniline monomer, and extruding or stripping to obtain the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber adsorbed with the aniline monomer; then placing the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber adsorbed with the aniline monomer into a reaction solution, taking out after reaction, washing and drying to obtain the conductive ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber; the reaction solution is a mixture of formaldehyde solution, surfactant solution, persulfate solution and inorganic acid solution; the invention effectively improves the conductivity of the conductive material. |
