The invention discloses an electroluminescence microfluidic droplet moving device, comprising an electrode unit, a light-emitting unit and a droplet unit; the droplet unit includes a hydrophobic layer and a droplet; the electrode unit controls the movement of the droplet The change of the contact angle causes the real-time bottom luminescence during the movement of the droplet; wherein, the electrode unit, the luminescence unit, and the droplet unit are stacked in sequence from bottom to top to form a layer structure. The invention utilizes the dielectric wetting phenomenon of droplets on the hydrophobized surface, and realizes precise control of discrete droplets by controlling the change of the droplet contact angle on the microelectrode array, and can realize the real-time bottom luminescence accompanying the movement of the droplets.
