The present invention adopts two-step method to prepare POM-DIL catalyst. The fuel oil, catalyst, extractant and oxidant are mixed and reacted, and the method of extraction coupling oxidation desulfurization is adopted to realize the separation of reactants and products, the circulation of catalyst, and achieve the effect of deep desulfurization. The catalyst prepared by the invention is a heterogeneous catalyst. After the catalysis, the clean fuel oil in the upper layer can be poured out to put in new oil and oxidant to carry out the next round of reaction, and the catalyst can be separated and recovered only by simple filtration. The catalyst has the characteristics of high catalytic efficiency, good cycle stability and easy recovery of products. |
