abstract | A photosensitive conductive structure, comprising: a substrate; a lift-off photosensitive resin layer disposed on the substrate; a nano silver layer arranged on the lift-off type photosensitive resin layer; and a photosensitive conductive layer disposed on the edge of the nano-silver layer to define a visible region of the nano-silver layer not covered by the photosensitive conductive layer and a peripheral circuit region of the nano-silver layer covered by the photosensitive conductive layer in the photosensitive conductive structure, wherein the lift-off photosensitive resin layer has an average molecular weight (Mn) of more than 3,000 and less than 100,000, and the lift-off photosensitive resin layer, the nano-silver layer and the photosensitive conductive layer are patterned. A touch sensor comprises at least one layer of photosensitive conductive structure. |
