abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing milk powder containing phthalate plasticizer and application thereof, wherein the method comprises the following steps: dissolving the phthalate plasticizer in an alcohol solution to obtain a plasticizer solution; dissolving a plasticizer solution with a theoretical value in a dairy solution, standing after first stirring, and then stirring for the second time to obtain a milk matrix material liquid containing the plasticizer; and preparing milk powder by using the milk matrix material liquid containing the plasticizer, wherein the milk powder contains a phthalate plasticizer. The method overcomes the problem that the phthalate plasticizer is insoluble in the emulsion, and the phthalate plasticizer in the prepared milk powder is uniformly distributed and meets the characteristic requirements of standard substances.
