titleOfInvention | Preparation method of fructosamine determination kit liquid calibration product |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of biological detection, in particular to a preparation method of a fructosamine determination kit liquid calibrator. The method comprises the following steps: (1) saccharification: dissolving animal serum albumin in 0.05-2mol/L phosphate buffer solution until the concentration of the animal serum albumin reaches 10-60g/L, adding glucose until the concentration of the glucose reaches 1.25-7.5g/L, stirring for 6-10h at 800-2000r/min under the water bath condition of 40-70 ℃, placing in a refrigerator, and standing for 5-24h to obtain reagent solution A; (2) removing glucose; (3) and (6) subpackaging. The method has the advantages of high safety, small raw material consumption, high yield, low time consumption, no need of freeze-drying and dialysis, and good long-term stability when being stored at 2-8 ℃ by using a biological method to remove residual glucose. |
