abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of chemical industry, in particular to a method for producing high-stability and high-purity arsenic. The method comprises the following steps: (1) reacting a mixture of arsenic sulfide raw material and metal carbide in an inert gas at a temperature of 550-600 DEG C for 30-40 min; (2) reacting the reaction product under subcritical conditions to a temperature of 550-600° C. Water extraction to obtain an aqueous solution containing elemental arsenic; (3) centrifuging the aqueous solution containing elemental arsenic at 200-300 rpm for 15-20 min, and vacuum drying to obtain elemental arsenic. The method of the invention adopts subcritical water treatment when purifying arsenic, and the requirement on temperature conditions is lower than that of pure distillation heat treatment, which effectively reduces the demand for resources, and can also ensure that the recovery rate of elemental arsenic is more than 95%. Purity >99.999%. |
