abstract The invention relates to aqueous artificial plush base fabric sizing slurry and a preparation method thereof, wherein the aqueous artificial plush base fabric sizing slurry comprises the following components in parts by weight: 140-175 parts of water-soluble polyester slurry, 60-145 parts of methyl methacrylate, 65-180 parts of butyl acrylate, 8-17 parts of methacrylic acid, 4-6 parts of acrylamide, 11-17 parts of crosslinking monomer, 500-550 parts of deionized water, 25-30 parts of initiator and 15-40 parts of auxiliary agent. The water-based polyester sizing agent and the acrylic emulsion composite sizing agent adopted by the invention have similar molecular structures with the polyester fibers of the plush backing, according to the similar compatibility principle, the high molecular weight polyester forms a cross-linked reticular membrane, and the self-crosslinking reaction of the acrylic emulsion is matched, so that the adhesion performance of the polyester fibers is greatly improved, the fabric fibers are mutually adhered, and the plush backing shaped by the sizing agent disclosed by the invention is soft, stiff and smooth and has good rebound resilience.
