titleOfInvention Separation and purification method of biosurfactant lipopeptide
abstract The invention discloses a method for separating and purifying a biological surfactant lipopeptide (surfactin), which comprises the steps of centrifuging fermentation liquor containing the surfactin to remove thalli, adding concentrated sulfuric acid to precipitate the fermentation liquor, washing the precipitate by water, and finally extracting the precipitate by ethanol solution containing NaOH. The method can efficiently remove small molecular impurities and macromolecular proteins in surfactin fermentation liquor, the surfactin purity can reach about 96%, the recovery rate can reach more than 97%, and the method has remarkable advantages compared with the traditional separation method. The surfactin is a lipopeptide biosurfactant generated by metabolism of Bacillus subtilis, and is mainly a secondary metabolite generated by fermentation of Bacillus subtilis. The separation and purification method provided by the invention is simple to operate, green and environment-friendly, low in cost, high in product purity and recovery rate, and capable of being effectively applied to actual industrial separation of surfactin.
