The invention discloses a flexible thermoelectric material and a preparation method thereof. The general structural formula of the flexible thermoelectric material is as follows: Wherein, R is a C1-C12 alkyl chain or an alkoxy chain, and EWG is an electron withdrawing group. The flexible thermoelectric material provided by the present invention takes 2, 3, 5, 6-tetrafluoro-phenoxy as the parent nucleus, and connects the naphthalene ring with the sulfonate ester while bridging the naphthalene ring, while receiving the electron withdrawing group. This structure enables the flexible thermoelectric material to have high electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient, thereby improving the power factor of the material, and finally making it exhibit superior thermoelectric performance. |
