A hyaluronic acid-cyclodextrin nanocarrier for promoting skin retention of active substances |
abstract |
The invention relates to a preparation method of a hyaluronic acid-cyclodextrin nano-carrier for promoting the skin retention of active substances at different levels. A hyaluronic acid-cyclodextrin nanocarrier, characterized in that the nanocarrier is a polymer formed by covalent bonding of hyaluronic acid and cyclodextrin or a cyclodextrin derivative. Cyclodextrin can form a reservoir of active substances, on the other hand hyaluronic acid acts as a target and binds to receptors in skin cells, which can increase the skin permeability and targeting of the copolymer. Dissolving the copolymer and the active ingredient in the solvent can self-assemble to form a drug-loaded nanocarrier, which promotes the penetration of the active substance in the skin. Retention of active ingredients in the stratum corneum and dermis. |
