The invention relates to the application of a replication-type human type 3 adenovirus as an expression vector in preparing pig vaccines. The present invention is the first attempt to use replicating human type 3 adenovirus as an expression vector to express foreign proteins such as virus antigens to prepare pig vaccines. We constructed various types of replication-competent human adenovirus vectors, including human type 3, type 4, type 7, and type 55 adenovirus vectors, inserted an exogenous gene expression cassette EGFP into the E3 region, and used the four replication-competent adenovirus vectors to Viral vectors infected pig cells, and it was found that human type 3 adenovirus vectors can replicate the vector genome more efficiently in pig cells, express foreign genes more efficiently, and the infectious progeny produced by human type 3 adenovirus vectors in pig cells Titers were significantly lower. |
