The pressure control unit controls the pressure of the container unit in real time, and the pressure of the container unit is higher than the intraocular pressure at the moment when the puncture unit penetrates into the eyeball, so that sudden drop of the intraocular pressure is avoided; the pressure control unit slowly reduces the pressure of the container unit to enable the pressure of the container unit to be close to and smaller than the intraocular pressure, the one-way unit is opened, aqueous humor enters the container unit, and the steps are repeated continuously to enable the intraocular pressure to be slowly reduced; the pressure control unit reflects the intraocular pressure in real time, and the puncture device can be pulled out to finish the operation when the intraocular pressure reaches an ideal value, so that the complications caused by repeated operation or too low intraocular pressure due to high intraocular pressure are avoided; the color of the indicating unit can be changed after the indicating unit is contacted with the aqueous humor, so that an operator can observe the aqueous humor conveniently.
