According to the method, a remote sensing technology is introduced into estimation of the chlorophyll content of the crop leaves to obtain the chlorophyll content of the crop leaves, so that the remote sensing measurement precision of the crop diseases can be effectively improved, the problem of low precision of the chlorophyll detection result of the diseased crops is solved, the crop diseases can be rapidly identified and statistically analyzed, and the disease prevention and control efficiency is improved.
