titleOfInvention Human skin-imitated flexible capacitive sensor and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a human skin-imitated flexible capacitive sensor and a preparation method thereof, wherein the flexible capacitive sensor comprises a substrate layer, an electrode layer, a hydrogel layer and a fixed packaging layer; the fixed packaging layer is used for coating and packaging a three-layer structure of the substrate layer, the electrode layer and the hydrogel layer; compared with the traditional product, the invention has higher sensitivity, better ductility and plasticity. The arrayed electrode structure can realize multifunctional sensing of pressure. The hydrogel layer has a similar touch feeling to human skin, and ionic liquid is added in the hydrogel, so that the sensing mechanism of the hydrogel layer is similar to the human perception mechanism. The obtained human-simulated multifunctional flexible skin has wide application scenes in the fields of epidermis perception systems of humanoid robots, perception of artificial limbs, medical treatment and the like.
