The invention relates to the technical field of high molecular polymer preparation, in particular to a method for preparing a low specific gravity serum separation gel using a microchannel reactor. In the present invention, styrene, 1-pentene, butyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate are used as monomers, and under the catalysis of dimethyl azobisisobutyrate, a microchannel reactor is used to react at 60-70 DEG C for 300 ‑600 s to prepare a transparent polymer resin, the number average molecular weight of which is 10‑200,000, the molecular weight distribution index is 1.5‑2.4, and the viscosity is 150000‑200000 mpa.s. Using the polymer resin to prepare serum separation gel with a specific gravity of 1.030-1.040g/cm³, not only solves the problem of difficulty in drawing the existing serum separation gel in the process of adding glue, but also reduces the amount of silica used. |
