abstract |
The invention discloses application of Lsa25711 transit peptide in chloroplast genetic transformation. The Lsa25711 transit peptide provided by the invention is a protein shown in a 1) or a 2): a1) the amino acid sequence is a protein shown in a sequence 2; a2) and (b) a fusion protein obtained by connecting a tag to the N-terminal or/and the C-terminal of the protein shown in the sequence 2. Experiments prove that: the Lsa25711 transit peptide can guide target protein to chloroplast, and provides a new idea for chloroplast genetic transformation. |
