Recombinant protein of human echinococcosis antigen and application thereof |
abstract |
The invention discloses a recombinant protein of a human echinococcosis antigen and application thereof. The recombinant protein comprises one or more of amino acid sequences shown as SEQ ID NO 1-10; the mutated amino acid sequence has at least 80%, 85%, 90%, 95%, 98%, 99% identity to the amino acid sequence of the recombinant protein and retains the function of the recombinant protein. The recombinant protein of the human echinococcosis antigen constructed by the invention has an immune response rate of 94% to echinococcosis patients, and can be used for manufacturing an ELISA kit and clinically detecting the human echinococcosis. The recombinant proteins are used singly or in combination, so that the specificity and the sensitivity of laboratory diagnosis of echinococcosis can be improved. |
