abstract The present application proposes a liquid-absorbing antibacterial 3D nanofiber composite medical dressing and a preparation method thereof, which include a composite moisture-absorbing antibacterial layer and a protective layer; the moisture-absorbing antibacterial layer includes antibacterial drugs and polyvinyl alcohol/chitosan nano-short fibers; polyethylene The alcohol/chitosan nano-short fibers are obtained by electrospinning, cross-linking and homogenization; the hygroscopic antibacterial layer is a homogeneous solution of antibacterial drugs and polyvinyl alcohol/chitosan nano-short fibers, which is pre-frozen and vacuum-frozen. The three-dimensional multi-stage mesh material obtained by drying, heat treatment and vacuum drying; the protective layer is obtained by electrospinning polycaprolactone and polylactic acid. When in use, the dressing is directly attached to the skin by a moisture-absorbing and antibacterial layer with a multi-level mesh structure, which makes it have good liquid absorption, moisture retention, air permeability, fit and biocompatibility. At the same time, it exerts excellent antibacterial ability; the protective layer has good mechanical properties, air permeability and antibacterial waterproof ability, which provides a good protection effect on the wound surface.
