titleOfInvention | The application of CFTR enhancer in the prediction and treatment of recurrent miscarriage |
abstract | The invention discloses measuring the intracellular chloride concentration of menstrual cycle human endometrium stromal cells or the expression of chloride ion channel gene CFTR to predict the prognosis of endometrial decidualization-related diseases. The up-regulation of intracellular chloride concentration and the down-regulation of chloride channel gene CFTR in endometrial stromal cells during the menstrual cycle can hinder the decidualization of endometrial cells and eventually lead to recurrent miscarriage/repeated implantation failure. Restoring CFTR expression and/or reducing the chloride ion concentration in endometrial stromal cells during the menstrual cycle can improve decidualization and the outcome of recurrent miscarriage/recurrent implantation failure. This invention opens up a new field of clinical prediction and treatment of recurrent miscarriage/repeated implantation failure, and has a good application prospect. |
