The invention discloses a nadolol sustained-release injection, comprising 0.8-1.5wt% of nadolol liposome, 0.01-0.05wt% of polycarbophil, 0.05-0.2wt% of surfactant, and hydrogel material 1.8-2.5wt%, the remainder is deionized water. Nadolol liposomes are prepared by ultrasonically treating Nadolol and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, adding oleic acid and poloxamer for ultrasonication, removing organic solvent and freeze-drying. The hydrogel material is composed of alginic acid and its inorganic salts, polyacrylamide or its derivatives. The invention adopts nanometer sustained-release particles of nadolol formed by ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and oleic acid with a double-layer structure, and the sustained-release effect is good after local subcutaneous injection. |
