titleOfInvention A fluorescent organic electroluminescent device sensitized by thermally activated delayed fluorescent material
abstract The invention discloses a thermally activated and sensitized fluorescent organic electroluminescence device based on thermally activated delayed fluorescent material. The light-emitting layer includes a host material, a thermally activated delayed fluorescent material and a fluorescent material, wherein the triplet energy level of the host material is higher than the singlet energy level of the thermally activated delayed fluorescent material, and the energy gap difference between the two is 0-2.0eV ( Excluding 0); the thermally activated delayed fluorescent material is a thioxanthone derivative, and the difference between the singlet energy level and the triplet energy level is less than 0.3eV; the triplet energy level of the thermally activated delayed fluorescent material is higher than that of the fluorescent material. For the singlet energy level, the energy gap difference between the two is 0 to 1.5 eV (excluding 0). The efficiency of the fluorescent organic electroluminescent device is significantly improved, and the fluorescent organic electroluminescent device has low turn-on voltage and excellent stability.
