abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of photodetectors, in particular to a lateral structure narrow-band perovskite photodetector and a preparation method thereof. The detector includes a quartz substrate and a perovskite light absorbing layer arranged on the quartz substrate. A hole transport layer and an electron transport layer are arranged on the surface of the perovskite absorbing layer to avoid each other. The surfaces of the hole transport layer and the electron transport layer are both provided with metal electrodes and wires connected with the metal electrodes; a filter layer is also provided in the gap between the hole transport layer and the electron transport layer. The invention has a simple structure, and can avoid the use of transparent conductive electrodes and reduce costs through the arrangement of the lateral structure; through the arrangement of the filter layer, the purpose of obtaining narrow-band photodetectors of different wavelength bands on the same light absorbing material is realized, which is more convenient. |
