abstract The invention discloses a copper nickel cobalt alloy foil preparation process, which comprises the following steps of (1) preparing electrolyte: preparing a primary copper nickel cobalt electrolyte, passing through a diatomite filter, then reaching a liquid purifying tank, and adding boric acid, hydrochloric acid and sulfosalicylic acid serving as a complexing agent into the liquid purifying tank to prepare a secondary copper nickel cobalt electrolyte; (2) electroplating to prepare a foil, controlling the current density of the titanium cathode roller by adjusting the current, adding the composite additive into a green foil tank by a pump, preparing a copper-nickel-cobalt alloy foil on the surface of the titanium cathode roller by electrochemical deposition, and electroplating to obtain an alloy foil with the thickness of 6-12um by controlling the linear speed of the cathode roller, wherein the tensile strength is more than 550MPA, and the elongation is more than 8%.
