titleOfInvention | A kind of preparation method of thermally reversible covalently cross-linked hot melt adhesive |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a thermally reversible covalent cross-linking hot-melt adhesive, which comprises the following steps: Step 1: take the hot-melt adhesive, add monomers containing double bonds and epoxy groups and peroxides Carry out the reaction, graft the monomer containing double bonds and epoxy groups onto the hot-melt adhesive; step 2: take dicyclopentadiene dicarboxylic acid, add the graft obtained in step 1 with double bonds and epoxy groups. The monomer hot melt adhesive is added with a catalyst, and the reaction is carried out to obtain a thermally reversible covalently cross-linked hot melt adhesive. After the grafting of the hot-melt adhesive is completed, the hot-melt adhesive has an epoxy group. By using dicyclopentadiene dicarboxylic acid as a cross-linking agent, it is cross-linked with the epoxy group on each hot-melt adhesive. Under the action, the epoxy group is cut off and reacts with the carboxyl group to form a crosslink. After cross-linking, the molecular weight of the hot melt adhesive will increase, and the mechanical properties and peel strength will also be greatly improved. |
