The invention discloses a spiro ring derivative of anthrone and its preparation method and application. The general structural formula of the spiro derivatives of the anthrones is: wherein, X is a carbon atom, a carbonyl group, a sulfur atom or a sulfonyl group; R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 are independently selected from hydrogen atoms, the same or different 6 to 30 carbon atoms with electron donating ability At least one of aryl groups, substituted aryl groups of 6 to 30 carbon atoms, and heterocyclic aryl groups of 5 to 50 carbon atoms, when X is a sulfur atom or a sulfonyl group, R 3 and R 4 are not hydrogen atoms .
