The invention discloses a method for synthesizing all-inorganic perovskite nanocrystalline with a chemical formula of Cs (PbyA1-y) X3 (wherein, A = Zn, Sr, X = Cl, Br, I, and y is more than or equal to 0.8 and less than or equal to 1.0) through solvent-free mechanochemistry assisted by trace water at room temperature, firstly, ball milling is carried out on required raw materials for 5-180 minutes, and then, trace water accounting for 0.05-5 percent of the total amount of the raw materials is added for continuous ball milling to obtain the inorganic perovskite with high luminescence performance. The synthesis method disclosed by the invention does not need high-temperature heating, inert gas protection, an organic solvent and an additional organic ligand, only needs simple mixing of raw materials and mechanochemical reaction to directly obtain the powder, and has the advantages of high product stability, easiness in large-scale production and low production cost. |
