abstract | The invention discloses a method for measuring the content of fucoidin in a water-soluble fertilizer, which comprises the following steps: dissolving a sample in a first acidic solution for treatment, filtering, moving to a dialysis bag, and determining the solution in the dialysis bag as a solution to be detected; and adding the solution to be detected into the second acidic solution, mixing uniformly, treating in a boiling water bath, adding a chromogenic solution, determining the concentration of fucose in the solution to be detected through an absorbance value, and determining the content of fucoidin in the sample according to the concentration of the fucose. The invention adopts the thin-layer chromatography to carry out the qualitative analysis of fucose, and has the advantages of simple experimental operation, safety, reliability, greatly reduced analysis cost, high stability and good repeatability. In addition, the method eliminates the interference of various materials added in the water-soluble fertilizer on the detection of the fucose content, truly and objectively reflects the content of the fucoidin in the water-soluble fertilizer, and has universal applicability. |
