The lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 detection kit can directly adopt a biochemical analyzer to carry out detection according to a spectrophotometry method when detecting lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2, and the detection method has the advantages of low requirements on detection equipment, simple principle, simplicity in operation, shortened analysis time, high reagent stability and capability of effectively improving the accuracy of a detection result of the lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2.
