titleOfInvention Carrier protein based on subject-object self-assembly and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a carrier protein based on host-guest self-assembly and application thereof in vaccines, wherein at least one adamantane structure is chemically coupled and modified on the carrier protein, the carrier protein is selected from one or more fusion proteins of bovine serum albumin, human serum albumin, ovalbumin, diphtheria toxoid, a non-toxic mutant of diphtheria toxin, tetanus toxoid, keyhole limpet hemocyanin and a protein expressed by bacteria, and the adamantane-modified carrier protein, beta-cyclodextrin and a derivative thereof (beta-cyclodextrin-rhamnose) form a host-guest self-assembly structure. The host-guest self-assembled carrier protein can promote phagocytosis, treatment and presentation of antigen presenting cells, thereby effectively improving the immunogenicity of vaccine molecules and improving the antigen-related immune response. The invention not only enhances the immune response to the conjugated exogenous antigen, but also shortens the immune response time and reduces the immune times.
