titleOfInvention Method for detecting activity of defibrase raw material and preparation thereof and application
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of defibrase raw materials and preparation detection thereof, in particular to a method for detecting the activity of defibrase raw materials and a preparation thereof by using a chromogenic substrate method and application thereof. The method for detecting the activity of defibrase provided by the invention realizes the detection of the activity of a defibrase sample by establishing a standard curve equation of an absorbance value of a hydrolysate of a standard defibrase standard substance hydrolyzed chromogenic substrate and an activity value of the standard defibrase standard substance; the defibrase sample comprises defibrase raw materials or preparations thereof. The method for detecting the defibrase activity has the advantages of higher accuracy and precision, simplicity, convenience and high efficiency, low requirement on a test instrument, universality and practical value. In addition, the detection method is not influenced by auxiliary materials, is suitable for detecting the activity of the defibrase raw materials and preparations thereof, and can be used for screening the defibrase preparation prescription.
