abstract The invention relates to the technical field of polypeptide, and discloses oyster polypeptide with uric acid reducing effect, polypeptide powder, a preparation method and application thereof, in order to develop oyster protein resources, wherein the oyster polypeptide is oligopeptide or a mixture of at least two oligopeptides; the short peptide is one of EV, ET, DL, EI, NS, EA, NA, HA and EL; the oyster polypeptide is obtained by sequentially carrying out trypsin segmented enzymolysis and centrifugation on oyster whole tissues, then filtering and intercepting 200-500 Da molecules, and then separating and purifying. The invention utilizes gastrointestinal homologous protease to hydrolyze oyster protein to obtain polypeptide with the efficacy of reducing uric acid, and retains better original integrity.
