titleOfInvention | Ultrafast-drying high-weather-resistance alkyd water dispersion and preparation method thereof |
abstract | An ultra-fast-drying high-weather-resistance alkyd aqueous dispersion and a preparation method thereof are disclosed, wherein the alkyd aqueous dispersion is prepared from the following raw materials: 60-80 parts of soya-bean oil acid, 12-20 parts of benzoic acid, 50-65 parts of phthalic anhydride, 30-40 parts of glycerol, 2-8 parts of acrylates, 10-20 parts of silica sol, 20-40 parts of deionized water, 0.2-0.5 part of ammonium persulfate, 0.2-0.5 part of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.2-0.5 part of potassium bicarbonate and 3-8 parts of organic silicon monomer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing acrylic acid modified nano silicon dioxide polymerized alkyd emulsion; (2) preparing an organic silicon modified nano silicon dioxide polymerized alkyd emulsion; (3) and (3) mixing and stirring the acrylic acid modified nano-silica polymerized alkyd emulsion obtained in the step (1) and the organic silicon modified nano-silica polymerized alkyd emulsion obtained in the step (2), adding a siloxane coupling agent, and uniformly dispersing to obtain the acrylic acid modified nano-silica polymerized alkyd emulsion. The alkyd water dispersion has the advantages of ultra-fast drying, high weather resistance and the like, and the preparation method is simple. |
