abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of biodegradable materials, and particularly relates to a high-barrier high-strength PBAT-PGA block copolymerization biodegradable polyester and a preparation method thereof, wherein dihydric alcohol containing hydrophobic groups is introduced into a PBAT chain segment through copolymerization to improve the hydrophobicity of the dihydric alcohol, so that the dihydric alcohol is not easy to absorb water and degrade, the shelf life of a product is further prolonged, and the PBAT-PGA block copolymerization biodegradable polyester has hydrophobic and water-blocking properties; the method comprises the steps of firstly pre-polycondensation to obtain a longer chain segment BHBT and a longer chain segment BHBA, and then polycondensation with a polyglycolic acid block to obtain a molecular structure with high regularity, so that the integral crystallinity is improved; the polyglycolic acid chain segment with specific molecular weight is introduced during polycondensation, no phase separation is caused, the polyglycolic acid chain segment which is a repeating unit with simple structure is introduced, the molecular free volume is small, the chain segment rigidity is higher, the crystallinity is high, the density is high, and the barrier property to small molecular gas is strong. The polyester is especially suitable for various biodegradable products such as food packaging films and the like with high barrier requirements on oxygen, carbon dioxide, moisture and the like. |
