abstract The invention provides a perovewed intermediate (1S,3aS,4aR) -2- [ (2S) -3, 3-dimethyl-1-oxoidene-2- [ (trifluoroacetyl) amino]Butyl radical]-4, 4-dimethyl-2, 3,3a,4 a-tetrahydro-1H-cyclopropa [1,2-c]A method for synthesizing pyrrole-1-carboxylic acid (I). The method comprises the steps of preparing (1S,3aS,4aR) -4, 4-dimethyl-2, 3,3a,4 a-tetrahydro-1H-cyclopropa [1,2-c ]]Pyrrole-1-methyl formate (III) and L-tert-leucine (V) are used aS raw materials, and the raw material (III) is hydrolyzed into (1S,3aS,4aR) -4, 4-dimethyl-2, 3,3a,4 a-tetrahydro-1H-cyclopropa [1,2-c ]]Pyrrole-1-carboxylic acid (II), L-tert-leucine (V) is protected with trifluoroacetyl group to obtain N-trifluoroacetyl-L-tert-leucine (IV); finally, the intermediate (II) is condensed with the Intermediate (IV) to obtain the compound (I). The invention adopts a convergent synthesis route, can obtain the compound (I) by only three steps of reactions, shortens the synthesis route and provides a new method for preparing the compound (I).
