Provides a preparation method for improving the desalination rate of the reverse osmosis membrane, which has simple preparation process and stable desalination performance. The method comprises the following steps: s1: preparing a water phase solution and an oil phase solution for later use; s2: preparing a membrane casting solution, coating the membrane casting solution on non-woven fabric, and preparing a porous supporting base membrane by a phase inversion method; s3: dipping the non-woven fabric side of the porous support base membrane into the water phase solution, and simultaneously dipping the polyether sulfone layer side of the porous support base membrane into the oil phase solution; s4: and (3) dipping for 10-60 s, taking out, drying in a 55 ℃ oven, obtaining a polyamide layer on the polyether sulfone layer side, and forming the composite reverse osmosis membrane by the polyamide layer and the porous support base membrane. The invention avoids the inevitable defect of the drying process on the membrane surface after the water phase coating, and improves the desalting performance of the reverse osmosis membrane. |
