abstract The invention relates to the field of preparation of coated particles, and discloses mosapride coated particles which comprise the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 1-1.2% of mosapride, 5-10% of water-soluble coating powder, 2-6% of adhesive, 5-10% of disintegrating agent and the balance of glucose. The preparation method of the mosapride coated granule comprises the following steps: step I: putting the water-soluble coating powder, the adhesive and the disintegrant into a wet mixing granulator for dry mixing to obtain a system I; step II: dissolving mosapride in a wetting agent to obtain a system II; step III: spraying the system II into the system I, and mixing to prepare a soft material; step IV: and spraying the water-soluble coating solution into the soft material, granulating, drying and sieving to obtain the mosapride coated granules. The mosapride coated granules prepared by the invention have the advantages of water solubility, good solubility, convenient administration and good water solution stability, and can better solve the problems of difficult administration and the like in the culture process.
